Return Policy

We want you to love your Eclavine piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us — Reach out to our team via our Contact page or email us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the item — Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us. For personal returns, you are responsible for shipping costs using your own label. For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping. Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Provide tracking — You must provide us with a valid tracking number for your return shipment. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.

Refunds

Personal Returns

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label — no shipping cost to you.
  • You will receive a full refund with no restocking fee, or a replacement at your choice.

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone composed of silicon carbide. It was originally discovered in a meteor crater and is now expertly crafted in laboratories. It has a higher refractive index than a diamond, meaning it displays even more brilliance and fire. It ranks 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it one of the hardest substances on earth — perfect for everyday wear.

How does moissanite compare to diamond?

Moissanite is nearly as hard as diamond (9.25 vs 10 on the Mohs scale) and actually surpasses diamond in brilliance and fire. It is also more affordable, ethically sourced, and environmentally friendly since it is lab-created rather than mined.

What sizes and finishes are available?

Our tennis bracelets come in 6”, 6.5”, 7” and 7.5”, each available in Silver (rhodium plated) or Gold (gold plated). To find your size, measure your wrist with a soft tape and add 0.5” — for example, a 6” wrist suits the 6.5” bracelet. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one for a relaxed drape.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days and typically arrive within 7–10 business days. We currently ship within the United States only. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your Eclavine piece looking its best, we recommend:

  • Removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.

  • Gently cleaning with a soft cloth and mild soap solution when needed.

Plated finishes (rhodium and gold) stay brightest with gentle care — put your bracelet on last and take it off first.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you would need to initiate a return instead.

Do your pieces come with a warranty?

Yes. All Eclavine moissanite stones come with a lifetime warranty — they are guaranteed to maintain their brilliance, fire, and clarity forever. The craftsmanship of each piece (settings, clasps, metalwork) is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us with your order number and photos.
